About Enebacken

Enebacken is an elderly care facility with a total of 108 places, offering different orientations such as short-term and respite care, day activities, as well as somatic and dementia care. The facility is located in the picturesque Smedby in Åkersberga, with proximity to meadows and forest areas.

About the Role

With us, you receive competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant/auxiliary nurse. We run a company where you grow together with us. In this position, you will perform care and assistance based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include, for example, personal hygiene, helping with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar.

As a summer temporary employee, you have good chances of getting an extension of the position or a permanent employment contract.

What We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for several colleagues on a part-time basis for a summer temporary position.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police register of criminal records. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
