We are looking for a Unit Manager for Cedervilla's group home. Cedervilla is a group home located in central Stockholm. The target group consists of adults with autism and comorbidities, without social services interventions (IF). The operation has a well-established, competent, and functioning staff team.

We are looking for you who are a social worker and have long and commendable experience working with this target group. You are a mature leader who is accustomed to working within operations, leading staff, and actively working with methodological support. The idea behind a Unit Manager being responsible for a group home is that the Unit Manager should continuously be available to residents, staff, and networks. You must be or have recently been approved by IVO (The Swedish Inspectorate of Care).

As a Unit Manager, you have excellent administrative support from the organization, allowing you to devote the majority of your working time to the operations. We work with methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and clarifying pedagogy, and strive for continuous competence development. It is important to us that our residents have significant influence over the operations that are their home.

The position is 60% full-time. Start date according to agreement or June 1st.

We apply a six-month probation period.
