About Us

We work with the "Rusta och matcha" (Prepare and Match) service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). We support job seekers in getting closer to a job or education through individual coaching and close collaboration with employers.

About the Role

As a supervisor, you will work closely with participants and support them in their job search. You will coach, motivate, and match candidates to the labor market.

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives in Eskilstuna or the surrounding area
• Has good local knowledge of the labor market and employers in the area
• Has an established network or the ability to quickly build contacts
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and engaged
• Has experience in coaching, recruitment, staffing, or similar (meritorious)

Responsibilities:

• Support participants in their job search
• Match candidates with vacant positions
• Create and maintain contacts with local employers
• Hold individual conversations and follow up on participants' development

To work as a supervisor within "Rusta och matcha," you must meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements for one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1:

• Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system).
• Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience.

Alternative 2:

• Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies (vocational training, university college education, military training, and police training) with at least a passing grade.
• Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in leadership, recruitment, career and study/vocational guidance, and work with labor market and individual development issues.
