Who are you?

We are looking for you who have personal suitability for the assignment. You are responsible, empathetic, and responsive, and feel secure in your role. You are punctual and structured but also flexible to cover shifts when needed. You take initiative both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Good physical fitness and a positive attitude are meritorious. The personal chemistry between you and the client is central for the work to function well.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment includes personal care, support in daily activities, accompanying leisure activities, and support in work or day activities. Tasks may also include assistance with physiotherapy, simpler medical tasks after completed training, and support in communication using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) if needed. You work both alone and together with colleagues depending on the situation.

Requirements and Merits

• A driver's license is required (as the assignment may involve transportation)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required
• Experience with clarifying pedagogy and AAC is meritorious
• BankID is required, and you must approve its use in the service

About the Employment

The employment can be permanent or hourly, depending on the nature of the assignment. Please state in your application whether you are applying for full-time or part-time work, and if you are available for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts. We offer a fixed hourly wage by agreement, and other compensations follow the collective agreement. Start date by agreement.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during the interview. In this recruitment, we apply a personality test for all applicants, which takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
