💼 Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at Promotion, you are the first point of contact for potential customers and a crucial part of creating new business. You actively work to identify new opportunities, generate interest, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a sales-oriented role where you work daily with the phone as your tool, and your performance directly impacts the company's growth. You will become a key cog in building an even stronger sales organization, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities to develop further within sales in the long run.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and contacting new customers
  • Making cold calls and booking qualified meetings
  • Identifying the right decision-makers and creating business interest
  • Working systematically in the CRM system and documenting activities
  • Supporting the sales team in their daily work

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Advantageous with experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer contact
  • Advantageous with experience in the grocery trade
  • Comfortable working via phone and making cold calls to customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Start date: According to agreement

Salary: Fixed salary + performance-based compensation
