To continue developing and scaling our operations, we are now looking for a Business Manager who wants to take the next step with us. This is a role for you if you want to build a business, for real!

We work with recruitment and interim solutions within finance and accounting – helping companies build modern, business-oriented, and sustainable finance functions. We combine an established brand with a strong track record, a broad network of CFOs and decision-makers, and a clear focus on quality in every delivery.
Your Role
In this role, you will become a central part of the business with full responsibility for driving and developing customer relationships. You will work on both developing existing customers and acquiring new ones, acting as a consultant within recruitment and interim solutions.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal and follow-up, and are expected to drive your own pipeline and business forward. At the same time, you will work closely with senior colleagues and become part of a team where knowledge sharing and delivery quality are in focus.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who have a natural ability to build trust and create long-term relationships. You are curious, business-driven, and thrive in dialogue with customers where understanding their needs is crucial. You have a clear results focus and are driven by developing businesses over time, from first contact to long-term partnerships.
You have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment or consulting industry, and are used to working towards clear goals with a high activity level and good structure in your work. You are confident in dialogue with decision-makers and have the ability to build trust at a senior level. As a person, you are self-driven, results-oriented, and strong in relationships, while maintaining a business-minded approach. Having an understanding of finance and accounting roles is a plus.
