About her

Our user is a young girl with severe autism and epilepsy. She does not communicate verbally, but instead uses body language, gestures, and reactions. She is a loving and happy girl who appreciates closeness and warmth, but always on her own terms. She is very determined and knows what she wants, which makes it especially important for you as an assistant to be responsive and respectful.

• Music and dance
• Walking
• Train travel

About the position

The work is performed in the user's home, where her family also lives. The position primarily covers day and evening shifts, but night shifts also occur. The employment rate is approximately 75%. You will always work in a double-assistance team, meaning you are never alone in your assignment. Together with your colleague, you create a secure and predictable daily life for her.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar work, for example as a personal assistant, within LSS (Swedish Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or disability care
• You must not have fur-bearing animals in your household – the user has a severe fur allergy, and even small amounts of allergens can cause serious reactions
• You must be able to work both day and evening shifts
