We are looking for a supervisor for the "Rusta och Matcha" project at our office in Hagsätra. This is a casual/as-needed position. You will be available to work Monday–Thursday between 09:00–14:00 (lunch break 12:00–13:00).
We are looking for you who are self-motivated, driven, and engaged with people. You are a relationship builder with experience in job matching.
Requirements: You must have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following alternatives:
Alternative 1
A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) AND
Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience.
Alternative 2
At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Supervision with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
- Work with career guidance.
About the position
Salary: Fixed monthly, weekly, or hourly wage.
