We are looking for an engaged and structured Office Coordinator for a role with our client, Länsförsäkring Kronoberg

About the role
As an Office Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle everything from ordering office supplies and maintaining common areas to administering access systems and inventory management. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with other departments.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will work on an as-needed basis at all of Länsförsäkring Kronoberg's offices. You will work full-time for 5-6 weeks during the summer.

About you
We are looking for someone who thrives with varied tasks and many points of contact. We believe you are studying or seeking a part-time job alongside another main occupation. You have good administrative experience and basic knowledge of Word and Excel; previous experience in customer service/reception is a plus. As a person, you are structured, methodical, and have a sense of order.

To be considered for this role, a driver's license is required as you will be working at various offices around the county. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
