In this role, you will work with collecting, structuring, and analyzing customer information used as a basis for decisions regarding hardware replacements and upgrades. You will become an important part of ensuring efficient processes and a good customer experience through close collaboration with both customers and internal teams.

• Collect and manage customer data

• Contact customers via email and meetings

🎯 We are looking for you who

• Have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Are meticulous, structured, and administratively strong

• Enjoy customer contact and have good communication skills

• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

• Have an interest in IT, support, and hardware
