We are now strengthening our team and looking for you who wants to work as a personal assistant for a lovely girl in Piteå, Norrfjärden! The position is a scheduled shift between 50-75%.

The client is a 14-year-old girl who lives in Norrfjärden with her family. She needs support from her assistants with everything in her daily life, including mealtimes, hygiene, exercise, and activities. The assistance takes place where the client is, meaning the assistant accompanies her in and out of the home as well as in the school environment.

This girl wants to live an active life and enjoys spending time at the swimming pool, playing on her iPad, and having fun!

We are looking for someone with a heart in the right place and who retains a childlike spirit. The mindset in this assistance role is that you take on the role of a "preschool teacher." As a person, you are responsible and perceptive.

You thrive in an active assistance role and take the initiative to come up with fun things to do. Assistive devices are available, but some physical transfers are part of the work, requiring good physical fitness. We value an assistant who is flexible and supportive of their colleagues.

Previous experience in personal assistance, childcare, and/or epilepsy is advantageous. Since the client visits the swimming pool, you should feel comfortable in that environment and be a competent swimmer. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.
