Seeking a new assistant for a client in the countryside – 20 hours/week

We are now looking for a new assistant who is curious about the profession and wants to develop! I am multi-sick with a dominant pain condition. My health is unpredictable; sometimes I need assistance with everything, and at other times I am relatively independent.

I live in the countryside and spend a lot of time outdoors. I enjoy carpentry, chopping wood, going on excursions, and I love music.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is mature, secure, empathetic, positive, and unpretentious. Previous experience in the field is certainly an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive basic training for the role as well as opportunities for further education.

We are a well-functioning team with an open atmosphere where we support each other. To fit into the role, you must have a driver's license for manual transmission and possess excellent Swedish speaking, reading, and writing skills. Since we have pets, you must be comfortable around animals with fur.

The position is for 20 hours per week and includes both day and night shifts. A major advantage is if you are available for extra shifts when needed.
