About the role

  • As a Customer Service Representative at Releasy, you will represent both Releasy and our client, Sappa, a telecom company providing broadband, TV, digital care services, and landline telephony to customers across Sweden.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Your main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • You will assist with support and troubleshooting for services customers are having trouble with, such as broadband or TV.
  • You will identify sales opportunities and provide solutions that add value for the customer.
  • Your primary goal is to actively work towards ensuring high customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Training: 2-week basic training combined with practical work.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00, and 10:00–14:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Start date: According to agreement – but we would love for you to start soon.

Qualifications and skills

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong computer and system skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage

You are driven to work with clear goals and strive to achieve excellent results, with a strong motivation for upselling. You have a natural ability to anticipate problems and find practical solutions. Additionally, you handle stress well and adapt quickly to new situations in your daily work environment.
