HR Specialist in Learning & Development

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist in Learning & Development for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will drive and develop learning and development initiatives that strengthen the competence of both individuals and the organization. You will work closely with the business and HR to ensure effective training efforts and development programs that support business goals and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate various training and development initiatives
• Work with onboarding, mandatory training, and talent programs
• Drive projects within learning, competency development, and people development
• Create and develop training materials, tools, and support for learning in daily work
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure relevant and engaging content
• Facilitate workshops and HR-related training
• Administer and coordinate training activities and learning processes
• Manage learning platforms and work with follow-up, reporting, and analysis of training efforts
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous development of learning initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR-related development role
• Experience in creating, coordinating, and facilitating training programs and workshops
• Experience in developing training materials and learning resources
• Experience with LMS systems, preferably Workday Learning
• Experience in reporting and following up on learning activities
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Experience from global or multicultural organizations is considered an asset.
