About the role
As an Administrator, you play a central role in ensuring that office operations run efficiently on a daily basis. You are responsible for administrative and practical tasks such as ordering office supplies, inventory management, access control system administration, and supervision of common areas. The work is varied and combines independent responsibility with collaboration across different functions within the organization.
This is a consulting assignment where you will work on an as-needed basis at several offices within the county. During the summer, you are expected to work full-time for approximately 5–6 weeks.
About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys varied work with many contact points and thrives in a supportive, service-oriented role. You are either studying or seeking part-time work alongside another primary commitment. You have solid administrative experience and feel confident working with Word and Excel. Previous experience in reception, service, or customer support is a plus.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail. You take ownership of your tasks and contribute to an organized and well-functioning office environment.
A valid Category B driver's license is required for this position as the role involves travel between different offices. You must be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.
About the employment
