About the Role
This is a combined role as a receptionist and team leader. You work operationally in the reception while leading and coordinating the daily work of the team. You take overall responsibility for the daily service experience for visitors, customers, and colleagues, and ensure that the service delivery runs smoothly and maintains high quality. The role is varied and requires you to be confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and prioritizing in a dynamic everyday environment.
Examples of tasks:
- Coordinate staffing for daily operations
- Participate in scheduling and resource planning
- Collaborate with group managers and other relevant parties to identify and utilize synergies for better cost-efficiency and improvement
- Handle orders and fault reports
- Administration
- Customer contact
- Participate in projects
- Maintain direct contact with suppliers
- Be the employee's first point of contact for operational questions
- Independently initiate, develop, and work on continuous improvements of our service delivery
- Operate in daily activities: receive visitors, answer phones, handle mail, conduct rounds, etc.
Who are you?
You have a natural focus on service and enjoy interacting with people. With a calm and professional approach, you build trust with visitors, colleagues, and customers. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, while being solution-oriented and unpretentious when conditions change. In your role as a team-leading receptionist, you are confident and responsive, dare to make decisions, and contribute to positive collaboration and a good work climate.
We would like you to have:
- A high school education and a few years of experience in a similar role, such as reception or workplace service
- Experience in leading or coordinating staff in daily work
- Very good administrative skills and good computer skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Experience in customer contact and service delivery
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment level: 100%
- Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00
- Start date: August
- Probation period: 6 months
