About the workplace
The on-call service in Helsingborg Municipality is responsible for the municipality's special housing, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations, as well as patients in ordinary housing during times when regular staff are not on duty. Our office is located near the sea in newly renovated premises on Drottninggatan 136.

Job Description
As a nurse in our on-call service, you will work with emergency interventions and care for patients in need of prompt or immediate care. You perform both planned interventions and acute assessments, and based on the individual's condition, you take action. You will have close contact with the nurse responsible for nursing care during daytime hours to create security and provide support to the nursing staff during on-call shifts. You also have external partners, such as ambulance services, the emergency department, regional medical cars, ASIH (Advanced Home Care), Social Services, and the Police.
Your duties include telephone advice, triage, and end-of-life care according to the national care plan.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL (Health and Medical Services Act), SoL (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and experience with documentation. A Class B driver's license is required.
It is meritorious if you have experience in emergency care, telephone advice, or work in an on-call service. It is also meritorious if you have education in diabetes, palliative, dementia, or psychiatric care.

Other Information
The starting salary for a newly graduated nurse is 34,500 SEK. We apply individual salary setting, and the offered monthly salary is based on, among other things, education, experience, and competence.
Working Hours: Evening 14:30–24:00 | Night 22:00–07:15
