We are now looking for another Accountant for our Economic Management department.
We are looking for you who have a focus as a property economist with at least 5 years of experience in the economic management of housing cooperatives and experience with other property owners.
About Us
FR Fastighetsservice is a complete service company, with that little extra. We offer services within property management, economic management, energy, property service, property maintenance, cleaning, and construction service.
Your Tasks
HOA and Rental Administration
Ongoing bookkeeping, VAT declarations, and annual accounts, reporting to the board and property owners. Participate in board meetings and annual general meetings, as well as hold account review sessions with the board.
Maintenance of the housing cooperative register, handling pledges and transfers of housing cooperatives, fee invoicing, administration of parking queues, reading consumption in apartments and charging stations, payment of board fees, and reporting control documents to the Swedish Tax Agency.
Other tasks within the area of economic management may also occur.
About the Position
The position involves a lot of customer contact, and it is important that you have an easy time creating trusting and good relationships with both customers, partners, and colleagues, as well as sharing our values. In the work role, you have overall customer responsibility for the customers you work with regarding issues related to the business area of economic management.

You need to be responsible, have good administrative skills, and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing. A driver's license is required for the position.
