RFQ – Group Tax (Indirect Tax)
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years’ accounting experience, preferably in VAT
- Knowledge of finance processes and systems
- Basic understanding of EU VAT rules and indirect tax tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Tools
- SAP, ERP systems
- VAT compliance tools
- Intrastat, EC Sales Lists
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and Intrastat accurately and on time
- Review invoices for deductible vs non-deductible VAT, including complex cases
- Provide VAT advice to internal teams and global service providers
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance
- Perform regular quality checks on VAT reporting
- Manage foreign VAT recovery with local advisors
- Use ERP and compliance tools for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with finance teams and external authorities/providers as needed
