Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully located next to the picturesque Ramnasjön in a large, historic, and attractive brick building. We are one of the country's largest Montessori schools, with approximately 750 children in preschool, primary school, and after-school care, and we have just over 110 employees. The students are divided into mixed-age groups.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher with qualifications to teach grades F-3.

We are seeking someone with a curious approach, who is positive, responsible, flexible, and confident. You have a structured and creative working method and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

We would appreciate it if you had professional experience and an interest in Montessori pedagogy. Montessori training is not a requirement, as further education is provided internally. You will contribute to developing our operations in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You encourage every child to form themselves and grow through their tasks, offering freedom within responsibility. From this freedom, students' independence can develop, which in turn builds self-confidence and the ability to critically evaluate.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time, starting in the autumn term of 2026. Holiday service applies to this position.

Our operations are run by a parents' association, and our main operator is a board that includes the school principal, as well as a management group. The parents are our pillars, and we value good communication with them highly.
