Role
Operational recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across multiple departments in an international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support
- Strong communication skills (fluent in Swedish & English)
- Experience with ATS systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles
- Comfortable in matrix and international environments
- Additional languages are a plus

- Interview scheduling & coordination

Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for junior–mid roles
- Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate data in ATS
- Serve as main candidate contact ensuring professional communication
- Support onboarding and employer branding
- Handle recruitment inboxes and admin tasks
- Improve recruitment processes and efficiency
