RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to contribute to developing our managers, teams, and our organization as a whole? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to work close to the business and capture business value through proactive HR work.
As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic and operational partner to managers in the organization. You work broadly across the entire HR area and support both daily HR matters and long-term change and development work. The role involves close collaboration with management, managers, and colleagues within HR.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Drive and handle complex HR issues within labor law, rehabilitation, and work environment
- Support, develop, and coach managers in their leadership and decision-making
- Develop, improve, and ensure quality of HR processes
- Contribute to organizational development and competence supply based on Infranord's strategy
- Work data-driven and use HR key figures as a basis for analysis and decisions
You will be part of a team with six HR colleagues located around Sweden. The role involves many contact surfaces and close collaboration with both managers, HR colleagues, and other functions. You operate in a business-close environment where you feel secure in prioritizing, making decisions, and creating structure. You thrive in a role where you have overall responsibility for HR within your business area. The position is a one-year fixed-term assignment based in Gothenburg, and you report to the HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are secure in your role and used to working consultatively towards managers.
- Academic degree in HR or similar relevant area
- Several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably in the role of HRBP
- Good knowledge of labor law and union cooperation as well as rehabilitation
- Experience of union cooperation and negotiation
- Experience of change work
- Ability to combine a strategic perspective with operational implementation
