Personal Assistant Wanted – Temporary Position in Katrineholm

I am a woman in my 70s living in an apartment in Katrineholm, and I am currently looking for a personal assistant for a parental leave substitute position for approximately one year.

I am looking for someone who is secure, positive, resilient, and responsible. You need to be able to adapt to different situations and feel comfortable in the role of a personal assistant in my home. For me, it is important that you are professional and personal – but not private.

About the Work

As a personal assistant, you will help me in my daily life with, among other things:

• Care and personal hygiene
• Everyday household chores
• Support with activities and errands outside the home

I have a great interest in gardening and enjoy spending time in my small summer house. Therefore, it is important that you like being out in nature and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed – sometimes the rubber boots come along!

Working Hours and Position

• Weekdays daytime approx. 09:00–16:00 Wednesday–Friday (occasional evening or weekend shifts may occur)
• Employment level: 50%

Employment

• Parental leave substitute: 2026-08-01 – 2027-08-31
• Introduction starts immediately
• Salary by agreement, with other benefits according to the collective agreement

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B-driver's license for manual transmission
• Enjoys being outdoors in nature year-round
• Has good physical fitness as the work may involve some heavy lifting

Since the work involves help with personal hygiene, I prefer female applicants.
