We are now looking for a secure, responsible, and engaged personal assistant for a position in Limhamn. The assignment involves assisting a boy in his early teens who has extensive needs for support in daily life. He has a great interest in music and enjoys singing himself as well as listening to others sing. Music is an important and joyful part of his daily life, and he enjoys listening to music via Spotify and Retro FM.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and provide support in all aspects of daily life. The assignment requires presence, attentiveness, and a professional attitude. The tasks include personal care, dressing and undressing, support during meals via tube feeding, and assistance with all transfers. You are also responsible for supervision, safety, and structure, as well as interpreting and communicating the client's needs by reading body language and signals. The job also includes accompanying the client to activities outside the home and to healthcare visits.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, patient, and confident in yourself

• Is responsible and reliable

• Has good physical ability

• Is attentive and can work closely with an individual with significant support needs

• Can work independently and follow established routines

• Is physically enduring (lifting is involved)

Working Hours

Weekdays: 16:00–22:00

Weekends: 10:00–16:00 and 16:00–22:00

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license

Merits:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant

• Experience working with children or young people

• Experience with tube feeding

• Interest in music
