Sydbyggarna Entreprenad AB is currently seeking a Construction Engineer for operations in Southern Sweden.

As a Construction Engineer at Sydbyggarna Entreprenad AB, you will work on a variety of projects within the construction industry, varying in size and focus. Your responsibilities will include tender calculations, purchasing, planning, and project economics, including budgeting, ÄTA (Additional, Changed, and Terminated work) management, and final cost forecasts. The role also involves participating in construction and economic meetings where you contribute to ensuring project quality and profitability – from tender submission to final settlement. You will work closely with site managers, foremen, and project managers in a cohesive team.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• At least a few years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Experience in project economics, monitoring, and planning.
• Proficiency in tender calculations.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
• A valid B-class driver's license.
