We are looking for a reliable and engaged contact person for a 17-year-old girl who arrived in Sweden from Ukraine a few years ago. The girl is placed in foster care and needs a stable adult contact who can offer support, motivation, and guidance in everyday life.

The assignment focuses primarily on supporting her with school attendance, motivation, and social development, as she has high school absenteeism. It is important that you are relationship-building, patient, and able to motivate young people in a calm and respectful manner.

The girl speaks limited Swedish, so knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, stable, and responsible
Has a genuine commitment to young people
Can work in a motivating and relationship-building way
Has patience and good collaboration skills
Has experience with young people or social issues (preferred)
Has knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (advantageous)

About the assignment:

Approximately 5 hours per week
Hourly wage and holiday pay are provided
Flexibility is important as meetings mainly take place after school hours and occasionally on weekends
