MeetLab is a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing agency specializing in professional appointment setters for companies across Europe.

We partner with ambitious companies in various industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecom, public procurement, finance, and more — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings.

Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-motivated, and inspired by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales process. Your tasks include:

Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises
Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with
Understanding customer needs and matching them with our offerings
Working with modern tools: CRM, dialers, dashboards, etc.
Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets
Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust

Have an interest in sales/appointment setting (experience is a plus but not required)
Are communicative and can build trust quickly
Are motivated by goals and clear results
Are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility
Have a positive attitude even on tougher days
Master one or more European languages, such as:
- English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, and more.
