We are currently looking for an assistant for a 3-month temporary position to strengthen our team for one of our clients in Tomelilla. We need someone who can work night shifts (awake nights) approximately 4 times a week. It is important for the client's safety that you remain awake and alert throughout your shift.

The client is a positive young man living in the countryside. He resides in a villa with Tomelilla as the central town, and you will need a car to commute to work. You should be considerate, reliable, and responsible with a natural desire to help others. You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, responsive, proactive, and positive. You must be flexible regarding working hours, as our team covers for each other when someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other.

You need to have self-drive and a genuine desire to make every day meaningful. You are a positive and secure person. We are looking for someone with some experience in care or pedagogical work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities and chemistry weigh heavier. We prefer female applicants at the client's request.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken Swedish.
• Non-smoker during work shifts.
• Experience working as a personal assistant is preferred.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Start date according to agreement.
• The position corresponds to 80% per week, consisting of 4 awake night shifts per week.
• There is also an opportunity to step in as a substitute during both night and day shifts in case of vacancies.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to the Fremia Collective Agreement.
