Site Manager for Consulting Assignment – Solna

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a full-time consulting assignment in Solna, starting immediately with a duration of at least three months. This role is perfect for you who thrive in a service-oriented and dynamic environment where the focus is on creating attractive workplaces, building relationships, and developing modern coworking and meeting spaces.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and development of a flexible work and meeting space environment. You ensure that the business maintains high quality and that members and visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience.

You work closely with both local and national functions and become a key part of developing the concept, strengthening the sense of community, and creating an attractive place for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors.
• Manage memberships, onboarding/offboarding, as well as administration and invoicing.
• Work on member recruitment and contribute to high occupancy rates.
• Plan and execute events and activities that strengthen the sense of community.
• Build relationships and collaborations with local actors and partners.
• Participate in budgeting and financial follow-up.
• Responsible for digital communication and content in digital channels.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to ensure quality and development of the business.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, relationship-building, and self-driven. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have an easy time creating structure and driving work forward.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience from hotels, restaurants, conferences, or similar service operations.
• Good teamwork skills and experience coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with digital platforms and content creation is a plus.
