Product Management is a global function responsible for developing and managing our products throughout their entire lifecycle, from idea and development to launch and continued market competitiveness. We work cross-functionally and closely with R&D, factories, sales, and markets worldwide to ensure our solutions meet both technical requirements and customer needs. With a focus on innovation, data, and business development, we drive our long-term product strategy.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

As a Technical Product Specialist, you provide technical and analytical support to the Product Management team. This role is particularly suitable for you if you have a technical background and wish to develop within Product Management, but have not yet held a formal Product Manager role.

The focus is on contributing operationally and data-driven in ongoing projects, product maintenance, and analyses. You work closely with Product Managers and support them with technical documentation, comparisons, analyses, and structure in daily operations. The role offers a great opportunity to gradually build competence in product leadership through a clear learn-by-doing approach.

We are looking for someone who wants to be hands-on and participate in new development projects, actively work with product maintenance, and contribute to our business development.

Examples of tasks:

• Prepare technical and analytical presentations and summaries
• Support Product Managers in daily work and ongoing projects
• Conduct benchmarking and comparisons against competitors' products
• Analyze the product portfolio and contribute with decision-making support
• Dive into technical issues in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Data collection and data analysis related to volumes, markets, orders, and revenue
• Product maintenance and documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Contribute to cross-functional projects together with R&D, factory, and other stakeholders

The role is based in Jönköping with the possibility of hybrid work. You report to the Product Manager for Air Handling Units (AHU). Business travel may occur, estimated at approximately once per quarter.

WHO ARE YOU

We see you as being at the beginning of your career in product- or technology-related roles, with a strong interest in analysis, products, and business.

We believe you have:

• Technical or engineering educational background
• 3–5 years of experience from a technical role in larger companies or corporate environments
• Good analytical skills and experience working with data
• Ability to structure, analyze, and draw conclusions
• Experience in HVAC, knowledge of AHU, and/or previous work in Product Management is considered an asset
• Requirement to work fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
