Service & Information Engineer (Experienced)
Develops and optimizes service and repair solutions to improve product availability and maintainability. Creates and maintains technical service information, including standard times and documentation, while supporting global process improvements.
Works independently on complex technical systems within cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, readiness, and serviceability.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Proactive learning and continuous development mindset
- Experience with technical documentation and service information
- Understanding of standard times/service operations
- Knowledge of Lean and cross-functional work is a plus
- Ability to work with complex technical systems
