For our assignment at Saab in Malmslätt-Linköping, we are now looking for an experienced service technician with a focus on ventilation. Here you will become part of a knowledgeable team that together is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of Saab's properties. The role suits you if you thrive close to the customer, appreciate variety in your daily work, and want to work long-term in a stable and secure operation with high technical demands.

Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationwide. This is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

You will have the opportunity to work with

Your main task will be to ensure contractual conditions regarding preventive maintenance within ventilation. You will patrol systems, perform service in the form of e.g., filter changes and belt changes on fans, as well as handle fault reports. Furthermore, continuous improvements are part of our delivery to the customer, which is why we see identifying and implementing improvements as a prioritized part of everyday life. The work also includes documentation in the form of protocols, filter lists, and reporting back to the customer. You work both independently and together with our competent team. On-call duties may be included.

You will also work with:

• Planning of your own work
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of facility technical systems
• Daily reporting (text, time, material, UE, and purchasing)
• Identify potential upselling opportunities and contribute to their implementation

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.

Your background

• HVAC and property program, focus on ventilation, or other relevant education
• Several years of experience in installation, service, and maintenance of ventilation
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of air measurement/adjustments of air volumes
• Experience with ventilation installation
• Experience as a technician in refrigeration is meritorious
• Class B driver's license
