About the job:

As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life to a person with a functional disability. The tasks vary and can include, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Household chores
• Accompanying to school, work, or leisure activities
• Social support in daily life

Our clients are children, young people, and adults. Some live with their families, others in their own homes. What they have in common is the need for personal assistance to make daily life work.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are responsible and sensitive
• Are curious and open to learning new things
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team
• Are empathetic and kind-hearted

Previous experience in care and social services is meritorious but not a requirement; personal chemistry is highly valued by our clients.

Working hours and extent of employment:

We can offer you summer work primarily in August, around 60%. The shifts are scheduled during day and evening hours as well as weekends, and you must be able to work all shifts. After the summer, we would be happy if you could stay on as an hourly substitute if possible.

Salary:

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base hourly salary + holiday pay and any unsocial hours allowance. Collective agreements apply.

By law, an extract from the Police's criminal and suspicion register is required when working with minor clients (under 18 years of age).
