Familjemottagningen is immediately seeking a licensed psychotherapist for our clinic in Danderyd, with experience in treating adolescents, individuals, and couples. The position is a parental leave replacement for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Familjemottagningen is a private healthcare provider founded in 2018. We receive children, adolescents, and adult patients for assessment and treatment, both privately and in collaboration with the municipality and region. We strive to provide all our patients with personalized care and high-quality, safe treatment.

About the Role

We receive patients for psychological treatment, psychotherapy, family support, and counseling. We take a holistic approach to family support, which includes individual sessions, couples therapy, family sessions, and parental support.

As a psychotherapist with us, you will conduct therapeutic sessions with adolescents and adults, as well as couples and family sessions. Your work may involve support for issues such as:

• relationship difficulties
• mental health issues and life crises
• family conflicts
• stress, anxiety, and depression
• parental support
• adoption-related issues

Sessions take place at the clinic in Danderyd and digitally.

At Familjemottagningen, we work in close collaboration with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (BUP), school health services, adult psychiatry, and social services when relevant. Our goal is to provide accessible, professional, and evidence-based counseling tailored to each patient's needs.

In the role of psychotherapist, you will work in a team with other professionals and participate in the development of the practice. You will have great opportunities to influence your working conditions and contribute to the development of the business.

About You

We are looking for you who have relevant education in psychotherapy, psychology, or other therapeutic counseling methods, and experience working with treatment for adolescents, adults, and couples.

Meritorious experience includes:

• psychotherapeutic work or counseling
• family therapy or couples therapy
• work with adolescents and young adults
• work within psychiatry, school health services, or social services
• work with adopted individuals
