Nova Security is a nationwide security company specializing in alarm-linked camera surveillance for businesses. Since our launch on June 2, 2023, we have grown rapidly and look forward to continuing our expansion. As part of our growth journey, we are now looking for a Meeting Booker to join our sales team.

As a Meeting Booker, your main task is to schedule meetings for our security advisors. Our core product is alarm-linked camera surveillance, where incidents during alarm periods are handled by an authorized and certified alarm center. In the event of an alarm, the appropriate resource is dispatched directly – police, ambulance, fire brigade, and/or guards are sent to the location. You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö, Lockarp.

The role of Meeting Booker is a perfect entry point into the sales profession. You will become part of a sophisticated sales department where everyone works towards the same goal. Since the department continues to grow, there are also excellent opportunities for you to develop within the company.

As a Meeting Booker, you will among other things:

• Prospecting & Research – Identify and prioritize potential corporate clients.
• Contact companies & book meetings – Present our security solutions and schedule meetings for sales representatives.
• Administer & work in CRM – Register calls, meetings, and update customer information.
• Follow up & remind – Follow up with interested companies and ensure meetings take place.
• Collaborate with the sales team – Plan sales schedules and provide feedback on customer response.
• Develop & reach goals – Work towards clear targets and improve your communication skills through coaching.

Who are we looking for?

You are an extremely driven and structured person who thrives in a team but is also self-reliant and takes responsibility for achieving your set goals. It is important to you that you can influence your salary, and you understand that hard work pays off. Since customer meetings are primarily booked via phone, you need to be comfortable with prospecting and contacting cold leads. We believe in rewarding hard work, which is why we have no salary cap.

Previous experience in meeting booking is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position is filled on an ongoing basis.
