When we started our operations in 2009, we were only three employees – today we are 26, have three DI Gasell awards under our belt, and are located in both Kalmar and Karlskrona. We have developed at a steady pace, but we are far from finished! We are constantly developing and growing, and we are now looking for even more salespeople who want to grow with us.

About the job – A family-like team, uncapped commission, and development

Here, you work independently towards your own budget while being part of a family-like team that always supports and helps each other in the pursuit of reaching our shared office goal. Here you can feel secure, with both secure employment contracts and insurance as well as a fixed base salary – but there is no cap. Since 2013, we have been an exclusive partner to Telia, selling Telia's communication solutions to businesses. Good for the customer, and good for you. In your role, where you contact new and existing Telia customers to present holistic solutions regarding mobile subscriptions, broadband, and PBX solutions, you can thus always guarantee quality and security. Telia, after all, has the best coverage and the most satisfied customers – and you have great offers to present to the companies you contact.

Do you need previous experience?

No, we offer training and coaching regardless of previous experience. It is an asset, but not a requirement. What is a must, however, is that you are curious, ambitious, and goal-oriented. To succeed in the role, you also need to be a good listener and have the ability to build good business relationships. We give you the prerequisites to succeed, but we assume that you take great responsibility for achieving your goals and making our customers happy.
