We are now looking for a Key Customer Advisor for our Customer Service department at NG Nordic Sweden within Industrial Waste Services, located in Norrtorp, Kumla.

NG Nordic is a leading Nordic provider of circular solutions and environmental services. By converting waste into valuable resources and removing hazardous substances from the cycle, we avoid emissions, protect natural ecosystems, and increase the supply of circular materials. NG Nordic is a key part of the Nordic industrial infrastructure, generating 1.3 billion euros in revenue with a team of approximately 3,400 employees and 90 facilities.

About the role

In the role of Key Customer Advisor, you will hold a central position in our operations and play a vital role in ensuring high quality, strong customer relationships, and efficient workflows. You will be part of our Customer Service team, working closely with our contractual customers and serving as the customer's primary contact throughout the entire process – from the initial inquiry to invoicing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact and customer manager for several of our contractual customers
  • Manage cases throughout the entire process – from inquiry to invoice
  • Ensure correct billing and accounting
  • Create and update contracts/declarations, prices, and quotes in the business system
  • Handle discrepancies and actively contribute to continuous improvements of our processes
  • Ensure that work instructions are kept up to date and followed
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales organization and other internal functions

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in system-heavy administration and good familiarity with working in multiple business systems
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in customer service, customer support, or order management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive processes independently, as the role sometimes requires solving tasks without a ready-made manual
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

  • Experience in waste and/or recycling management
  • Experience in similar support or customer-facing roles within manufacturing or process industries
  • An academic bachelor's degree, for example in industrial economics, chemistry, or another relevant technical education

  • Work model: We apply a hybrid work model, where the role is primarily based on-site in Kumla, with the possibility of some remote work depending on tasks, business needs, and dialogue with your direct manager
