Do you want a central role where you can combine service, structure, and coordination? We are now looking for a Coordinator for our reception at the head office.
The reception is a key function in the business, responsible for visitor reception, security, and daily service. As a Coordinator, you work operationally together with the team and ensure that the work runs smoothly, structured, and with high quality.
About the role
You are part of a team of four receptionists and have a coordinating function without personnel responsibility. You are responsible for distributing tasks, ensuring effective routines, and serving as a natural point of contact in daily operations.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and distribute daily work at the reception
- Ensure professional reception of visitors
- Manage access cards and permissions
- Handle systems related to visits, lockers, and access
- Ensure conference rooms are kept in good condition (rounds)
- Contribute to security work, including evacuation routines
- Introduce new employees and ensure effective working methods
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience from reception, service, or similar roles
- Is structured and has good administrative skills
- Is confident in a coordinating role without formal personnel responsibility
- Has a professional attitude and high service awareness
- Is solution-oriented and takes initiative

Employment type and information:
We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Working hours are full-time during the day, Monday to Friday.
