The position is for approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional shifts if needed. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can cover during the vacation period. About the Client The client lives with extensive functional variations and needs 24/7 support. He communicates primarily through facial expressions, sounds, and body language. He relies on his assistants to interpret and meet his needs, and he has a great need for security, structure, and present assistants. As an assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life – therefore, you need to have patience, be attentive, and have a warm and respectful attitude. Tasks

• Care, hygiene, and daily routines
• Movement and stimulation exercises
• Food and medication administration via tube (PEG)
• Communication and interaction in daily life
• Participation in transportation, activities, and at home

The work requires you to be attentive to small signals that may indicate discomfort or needs. All work is performed with the utmost care and respect. Who are you? We are looking for someone who:

• Has a calm and secure demeanor
• Speaks and understands Swedish without difficulty (requirement)
• Is meticulous, responsible, and sensitive
• Has a good ability to read other people
• Is interested in creating a meaningful daily life together with the client
• Is open to learning and following instructions
• Flexibility is highly valued (a big plus)

Previous experience in personal assistance, healthcare, or similar is a great merit, specifically tube management. A driver's license is not required. You should be smoke-free during working hours and come to work healthy – the client is particularly sensitive to infections. Working Hours & Employment Type
