We are looking for an independent technician/installer of air source heat pumps.

We are seeking an engaged technician for the service, repair, and installation of air source heat pumps. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy freedom with responsibility, are technically skilled, service-oriented, and value order and structure in your work.

About the role as technician/installer at DSP:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Independently performing service, repairs, and installation of air source heat pumps.
• Handling quotations on-site with customers.
• Ordering spare parts.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our routines and knowledge base within service and maintenance.

Who are you?

You are a driven and customer-oriented person who always strives to perform good and high-quality work. You have a genuine interest in developing and learning more about the industry you work in. Experience with the installation/service of white goods and/or laundry equipment, as well as electrical knowledge, is considered an asset.

Personal qualities:

• You have previous experience installing air source heat pumps and hold a valid certificate.
• You are a proactive team player driven by taking initiative and independently moving your work forward.
• You are outgoing and thrive in social settings, maintaining a professional approach to customer service.
• You value personal responsibility highly and are committed to your professional development.
• Since there is frequent contact with customers, it is important to maintain a high service level and remain stress-resistant.
• We value your ability to work in a structured and orderly manner.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

The practical details:

• Start date: By agreement.
• Employment type: 100%.
• Workplace: Our headquarters is located just outside Ängelholm, but we have several employees working remotely.
• Suitable place of residence: Ängelholm and Halmstad.
• A background check will be conducted on the final candidate as part of the recruitment process.
• A valid Category B driver's license is required!
