ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelets. We work at a high pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

Other responsibilities include:

Handling cash register duties (sales, exchanges, returns).
Ear/nose piercing (training provided when you start).
Visual merchandising, restocking goods, and changing campaigns/displays.
Inventory management.

The position is a permanent part-time role of 3 hours per week, with a 6-month probation period, starting 2026-06-08. During the summer period (June - August), you will work at least 15 hours per week.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous work experience within retail.
A completed upper secondary education.
Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
