I am a young woman with muscular dystrophy seeking female assistants for a night shift position of 8 hours, including 1.5 hours of waiting time. As an assistant, you should have a genuine interest in working in this field, be proactive, organized, and responsible. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement. However, you must be able to stay awake as there is no sleeping on-call duty.
You will receive an introduction period and supervision during the first month to ensure you feel confident with the routines.
It is important to me that you speak and understand Swedish well so that communication between us can function smoothly.
