Predire Testcenter is a privately owned company founded in 1995. We are an accredited testing institute working across several industries, including automotive, aerospace, power, electronics, and medical technology.

Our headquarters are located in Sölvesborg, and we have additional test centers in Olofström, Gothenburg, and Grevenbroich, Germany.

About the Role

We are now looking for a Test Engineer/Test Technician based in Sölvesborg who wants to strengthen our team.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire process, from customer inquiry to the final test report. You work closely with both customers and internal resources and are a key part of ensuring quality and delivery in our projects.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Interpreting and understanding customer test requests
• Reading, understanding, and performing tests according to quotations, standards, drawings, test codes, and technical regulations
• Building test fixtures
• Preparing samples for testing
• Compiling results and writing clear and professional test reports
• Performing maintenance and simple servicing on our equipment

You will handle several parallel projects at our various test facilities for customers both in Sweden and internationally, which places high demands on structure, prioritization skills, and communication.

Your Background and Personality

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required
• Non-smoker, drug-free, with full color and smell perception required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience working with low-voltage and high-voltage systems
• Technical education or equivalent experience in testing, inspection, and simulations
