• You act as the link between design and production regarding CNC machining.
• You create and develop preparation documentation to create efficient and quality-assured manufacturing flows.
• You contribute your knowledge of cutting machining to select the right tools, fixturing, and machining strategies.
• You interpret technical drawings and 3D/CAD data and translate them into practical solutions in production.
• You drive the work towards high manufacturability, correct tolerances, and stable production.

• At least 3 years of experience in a preparatory, production technical, or manufacturing technical role.
• Experience in preparation within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience as a CNC operator and/or CNC technician in turning, milling, or multi-operation machines.
• Good understanding of cutting machining, tool selection, fixturing, tolerances, and machining strategies.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D/CAD data.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in preparation specifically within machine machining.
