• You develop and create manufacturing preparations for cutting and surface treatment processes.
• You create work instructions and operation lists that provide production with clear and useful documentation.
• You work closely with production, design, and production technology to optimize processes and solve practical challenges.
• You contribute your knowledge of plasma cutting, thermal cutting, and sheet metal processing to ongoing improvement work.
• You support the business in matters concerning blasting, painting, corrosion protection, metallizing, and related surface treatment processes.
• You read and interpret technical drawings as well as 3D and CAD documentation to ensure correct preparation and execution.
• You ensure that processes and documentation meet relevant quality requirements, standards, and process controls.
• You consider material properties and how different processes affect materials and the final product in your work.

• At least 3 years of experience in preparation within manufacturing industry.
• Experience in plasma cutting, thermal cutting, or sheet metal processing.
• Documented experience in industrial surface treatment processes such as blasting, painting, corrosion protection, metallizing, or similar.
• Good knowledge of material properties and how different processes affect materials and the final product.
• Experience in creating work instructions, operation lists, and manufacturing preparations.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings as well as 3D/CAD documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant quality requirements, standards, and process controls within surface treatment.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
