Montessoriskolan Globen is an independent school (grades F–9) in Alingsås, run by a non-profit parents' association. We work based on Montessori pedagogy and offer a safe, structured, and inspiring environment where students can develop at their own pace.

Responsibilities:

• Teach music for grades 2–9
• Plan and conduct lessons that stimulate students' creativity and understanding of the school's subjects
• Assess and document students' knowledge development
• Actively participate in the school's development work and collegial collaborations

We are looking for you who

• Have a teaching license in music, preferably combined with one or more other subjects
• Have experience teaching in grades 2–9
• Put students' development and learning first
• Are positive, engaged, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy collaborating and preferably work interdisciplinarily
• Are curious about Montessori pedagogy

Start date: August 11, 2026

Employment type: Fixed-term position with 50–100% scope
