We are looking for a versatile and experienced lead technician who enjoys responsibility and variety!

We are a construction company based in Limhamn. We work on everything from insurance claims to renovations for private individuals. At our company, quality, structure, and customer satisfaction are at the center.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has worked extensively within building services and is accustomed to taking significant responsibility in their assignments. You have a good grasp of various work tasks and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

You are self-motivated, proactive, and used to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the work.

This position suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, like keeping the big picture in mind, and want to continue developing in your profession.

Examples of tasks:

• Minor and major renovations for private individuals
• Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR standards (if you have experience)
• Handling insurance claims and restorations
• Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in building services
• Is structured, self-motivated, and quality-conscious
• Is confident in several different work tasks
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is experienced in using a mobile phone for documentation, photos, and time reporting
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (own car is a plus)
