About the Role

We are looking for someone who has worked extensively in building services and is accustomed to taking significant responsibility in their assignments. You have a good grasp of various work tasks and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You are self-driven, proactive, and used to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the work.

This position suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, like keeping the big picture together, and want to continue developing in your profession.

Examples of duties:

• Minor and major renovations for private individuals
• Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR standards (if you have experience)
• Handling insurance claims and restorations
• Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in building services
• Is structured, self-motivated, and quality-conscious
• Is confident in various work tasks
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is skilled in using a mobile phone for documentation, photos, and time reporting
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (own car is a plus)
