• Client: Man in his mid-30s with a brain injury and epilepsy.
• Scope: Extra help as needed (day, evening, and night) during sickness or leave.
• Working method: The client has 24/7 double assistance (two assistants present simultaneously).
• Start: Immediately.

• Assistance with all activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Transfers using a lift.
• Tube feeding.
• As the client cannot communicate verbally, you will act as the client's voice during healthcare visits and handle written documentation.

• Experience: You have previous experience working with people with disabilities (experience with epilepsy is a plus).
• Language: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required.
• Personality: Calm, attentive, meticulous, and flexible.
• Requirement: Valid driver's license.

• You need to have BankID/Mobile BankID to view schedules and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips are sent via Kivra.
• We require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the police register).
• Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

At Inspirera Assistans, we offer individual salary setting, which means a fixed base hourly wage plus vacation pay, as well as shift allowance (OB) for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna, Sector G.
