The Role

We are in a strong growth phase and are now looking for our next colleague for the position of Hardware Developer. For the right person, an exciting journey awaits at a company with a strong focus on development, where every developer's contribution is clearly visible in the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop our real-time-based hardware products for building control, both wired and IoT-connected.
• Work on the entire lifecycle from concept to release, while deepening your knowledge in selected areas.
• Conduct and improve verification and certification work.
• Be active in improvement processes, both regarding our working methods and development tools.
• Work closely with product management to design, develop, and implement hardware solutions that meet our customers' needs and requirements.

With your experience of development tools, you contribute to more efficient development work. You enjoy working broadly in varied projects and being part of designing new concepts for future products.

We are looking for a creative and non-hierarchical colleague who wants to contribute their unique skills to technical development. You have strong self-drive and can work well both independently and in a team. You have a clear interest in teamwork and agile working methods. You plan and organize your work in a structured manner, with a strong sense of detail and accuracy.

You are drawn to driving change and introducing new working methods within our technical development. Additional important qualities include strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to continuously develop and learn new things.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or another relevant field.
• Several years of experience in hardware development, from preliminary studies and concept work to commercial launch and maintenance of certified products.
• Experience with requirement analysis, real-time-based hardware design, analog and digital design, testing, verification, and certification testing at external test labs.
• Good understanding of embedded systems and communication solutions.
• Experience working independently and in team-based environments.
• English: Fluent in speaking and writing.
• Swedish: Basic level in speaking and writing. Swedish is the language used in daily work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the CAD tool Altium or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and their components.
• Knowledge and understanding of software-hardware interfaces.
